Natural playground in Wschodni Park

Wschodni Park (Eastern Park) is one of the quietest parks in Wroclaw, located on two islands formed by branches of the Olawa River. The park was created between 1927 and 1929. In December 2020 an unusual, natural and educational playground was opened there.

Location and surroundings

The park is located on islands on the Olawa River, separated from large housing estates, which creates a quiet, green setting.

Offer / Attractions

The playground was designed in reference to the natural character of the park. Instead of colourful plastic structures, there are elements made of wood, wicker and stone, integrated into the wild greenery. A 3-kilometre running trail is also available in the park.

Who it is for

A place for families who value contact with nature.
