Ścieżka nad Reglami (Sarnia Skała)

Ścieżka nad Reglami is a black-marked trekking trail in the Western Tatras, running through the foothill forest and connecting the Zakopane valleys. The popular route leads through the Biały Valley, up to the Czerwona Przełęcz (about 1301 m) and onward to the Sarnia Skała viewpoint (1377 m), with a descent through the Strążyska Valley.

Location and surroundings

Sarnia Skała is a peak situated between the Strążyska Valley and the Biały Valley, within the Tatra National Park. The Biały Valley is famous for its picturesque rock formations (dolomites and limestones) and a stream with cascades.

What to see

The Sarnia Skała and Przysłop Miętusi viewpoints offer panoramas of the Tatras and Zakopane. The route can be planned as a loop through the two valleys.
