The Zoobotanical Garden in Toruń combines the functions of a botanical garden (founded in 1797) and a zoological garden (since 1965). It is a small but highly regarded facility in the city centre.
The garden is located on Bydgoska Street, on an area of about 3.81 hectares. It contains eleven natural monuments (ancient trees).
It keeps about 260 animals representing about 50 species, as well as a rich dendrological collection (55 tree species and 24 shrub species).
An attraction for families, nature and botany lovers.
Bird house, herpetarium, Mini Zoo for children, historic manor house, nature education centre.
