A wooden Greek Catholic parish church in Chotyniec, inscribed in 2013 on the UNESCO World Heritage List as part of the entry "Wooden Tserkvas of the Carpathian Region in Poland and Ukraine". It represents the Lemko type (according to some classifications - Halych/San).
The church stands on a small hill in the village of Chotyniec, located about 8 km from the border with Ukraine, on the Subcarpathian Wooden Architecture Route.
The temple is dated to 1615; it is mentioned in historical documents in 1671. It is still active today as a Greek Catholic church.
A single-nave body with a presbytery, nave, vestibule and babynets (women's section), crowned with domes; the interior preserves original 18th-century polychromes.

Driving from Radymno towards Korczowa, in Łapajówka turn right to Chotyniec; after about 2 km turn left and after 150 m the temple appears. The site is on route V (Przemyśl) of the Wooden Architecture Route.
