The Main Trail of the Kampinos Forest is a red hiking trail about 55.8 km long, leading through the Kampinos National Park from Dziekanów Leśny to Brochów. It connects the park's most attractive spots and showcases all types of the local landscape.
The trail runs through the Kampinos National Park near Warsaw, encompassing inland dunes, marshes and forests. The park has a total of about 360 km of marked hiking trails.
Characteristic features of the forest: dune and marsh belts, meadows and memorial sites (including Palmiry). The trail is most often completed over two days.
A route for hikers, popular as a weekend excursion from Warsaw.
The route is accessible year-round.
Terminal points: Dziekanów Leśny and Brochów; popular entry points include Truskaw.
