One of the world's most important centres of the cult of Divine Mercy, associated with St. Faustina Kowalska.
Located in the Łagiewniki district of Kraków, by the convent of the Congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy.
Sister Faustina Kowalska, promoter of the cult of Divine Mercy, lived and died in the Łagiewniki convent in 1938. In 2002 the modern Basilica of Divine Mercy was consecrated.
