A historic Poor Clares convent associated with the figure of St. Kinga, within the historic old town complex of Stary Sącz.
Located at St. Kinga Square in the centre of Stary Sącz, in the Sącz region.
The convent was founded in 1280 by St. Kinga, Duchess of Kraków and Sandomierz, who ceded her Sącz estates to the convent and herself entered the Poor Clares. The old town complex together with the convent is among the most valuable monuments in the region.
