The Main Trail of the Beskid Wyspowy, called "Beskid Islands", is a long-distance trail leading through the isolated, island-like peaks of the Beskid Wyspowy. The trail is a loop starting and ending at the range's highest peak – Mogielica (1171 m above sea level).
A characteristic feature of the trail is that it does not run along a continuous ridge, but repeatedly descends into valleys and climbs subsequent peaks (hence the name "islands").
The route leads through the range's most popular peaks: Mogielica, Łopień, Ćwilin, Śnieżnica, Luboń Wielki, Ciecień and Modyń, passing among others Mszana Dolna.
A long-distance trail for hikers; it can be started at any point of the loop.
The trail is accessible year-round.
Convenient entry points include Mszana Dolna and Jurków.
