Basilica of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Gietrzwałd

The most famous Marian sanctuary of Warmia, the site of the only Marian apparitions recognized by the Church in Poland (1877). A historic church from 1500, rebuilt many times, with a surprisingly rich interior.
