The shortest hiking trail to Sniezka (1603 m a.s.l.), the highest peak of the Karkonosze Mountains, leads from Karpacz along the black trail through the Bialy Jar cirque to the Silesian House (Dom Slaski), and then to the summit.
The trail lies within the Karkonosze National Park; it starts in Karpacz on Olimpijska Street. Distance approx. 5.9 km, total ascent approx. 797 m.

Accessible all year round. In winter, due to avalanche risk, the Karkonosze National Park closes the section from the Nad Lomniczka shelter to the Silesian House - check the KPN announcements. Park entry is chargeable.
