The most important sanctuary of the Opole region, a church originally Gothic from the 15th century, rebuilt in 1665, 1781 and in the Neo-Baroque style in 1957-1963. On 29 June 1980 it was elevated to the dignity of a minor basilica. Run by the Franciscans.
