Polonina Wetlinska is one of the most famous ridges of the Bieszczady Mountains, home to the Chatka Puchatka shelter - the highest-situated shelter in the region (approx. 1228 m a.s.l.).
The trails to the mountain meadow lead, among others, from the Przelecz Wyzna pass (the shortest route, approx. 2.5 km, approx. 1 h 20 min) and from Brzegi Gorne (approx. 1 h 40 min, quite steep). The area lies within the Bieszczady National Park.
A route also popular with families; short, though steep in places.

The trailheads are at the Przelecz Wyzna pass and in Brzegi Gorne (on the Great Bieszczady Loop Road); car parks at the passes, shuttle buses in season.
