The tallest lighthouse on the Polish Baltic Sea coast and the tallest brick lighthouse in the world. The tower is about 67.7 m high, and the light is placed at a height of about 65 m above sea level. Exactly 308 steps lead to the top.
Located on the right bank of the Świna River, in the Warszów district of Świnoujście. Nearby are Fort Gerharda and the attractions of the right-bank part of Świnoujście.
Built in 1854-1857 and put into operation on December 1, 1857. Damaged during the bombings of 1945. It underwent thorough renovations in 1902-1903 and 1998-2000. Opened to visitors on August 5, 2000.

For lovers of history, lighthouse keeping and views; entry requires climbing 308 steps.
Open all year round, usually 10:00-18:00; in the summer season (July-August) hours are extended until 20:00. Current hours should be confirmed before your visit.
After the closure of the access road to the lighthouse, access is often by excursion boat from the center of Świnoujście (a trip combined with Fort Gerharda). The current way to reach it should be confirmed with the operator.
