One of the most recognizable Polish lighthouses, situated on a high cliff shore. The tower is 45 m high (the fourth tallest in Poland), with the light at a height of about 62.8 m above sea level. 208 steps lead to the viewing terrace.
Niechorze, Rewal commune, on a cliff over the Baltic; nearby are Lake Liwia Łuża and seaside bathing areas.
The decision to build was made by the German ministry of shipping; construction lasted from 1860 to 1866, and the lighthouse was put into service on December 1, 1866. In 1945 an artillery shell damaged the optical apparatus. It was rebuilt according to the old documentation and reactivated on December 18, 1948. It was thoroughly renovated in 1999-2000 and in 2023.

In season, open daily 10:00-20:00 (last entry 19:45); off-season usually 10:00-18:00, except holidays. Current hours and prices should be confirmed with the operator.
Niechorze is located by a voivodeship road; access by car and, in season, by the seaside narrow-gauge railway.
