The Treblinka Museum commemorates the victims of the German Nazi extermination camp and labour camp that operated between 1941 and 1944. The site comprises two former camps: Treblinka I (labour camp) and Treblinka II (extermination camp).
The site is located in the eastern part of the Masovian Voivodeship, in the Kosów Lacki municipality. The museum grounds cover over 130 ha.
The Treblinka I labour camp existed from 1941, and the Treblinka II extermination camp was established a year later. Treblinka II was one of the extermination centres of "Operation Reinhard".

In the winter season (1 November - 31 March) the grounds are open 8:00-16:00, the grounds of the former camps are accessible from 9:00. In the summer season the hours are longer - check on the website.
