Szczecin-Mścięcino (Police), woj. zachodniopomorskie
In Mścięcino (formerly Messenthin), a subcamp of KL Stutthof - Aussenlager Pölitz operated from 1944 to 1945, connected with work at the synthetic fuel plant. The number of prisoners ranged from around 800 to 2,800; monuments commemorate the martyrdom of around 1,800 prisoners of various nationalities.
In October 2010, on the 65th anniversary of the end of World War II, a monument was unveiled commemorating the "Sons of Israel" - the Jewish victims of the subcamp, with inscriptions in Polish, Hebrew and German.
