A regional museum documenting the history and culture of the Wałcz region - an area on the borderland between Pomerania and Greater Poland. It is housed in a historic building in the centre of Wałcz.
The museum gathers archaeological, historical and ethnographic collections of the region. It presents the history of Wałcz, mementos of the Pomeranian Wall (fortifications from the Second World War) as well as the folk culture and craftsmanship of the region.
