Trail to Turbacz

Turbacz (1310 m a.s.l.) is the highest peak of the Gorce range (part of the Crown of Polish Mountains). A section of the Main Beskid Trail runs through the range, and below the summit lies the largest trail junction in the Gorce and a PTTK mountain lodge.

Route

The most popular variant follows the red Main Beskid Trail from Rabka to Turbacz (about 16 km, almost 1000 m of ascent). The Gorce section of the Main Beskid Trail runs from Rabka to Krościenko (about 48 km).
