A Baroque residence from the 18th century, which became famous as the estate of Maria Walewska, known for her romance with Napoleon Bonaparte. It was here that their son, Alexandre Colonna-Walewski, later Foreign Minister of France, was born.
The palace presents historic interiors, including the Napoleonic Apartment with preserved wallpaper from two hundred years ago. Next to the palace operates the renowned Walewice Stud Farm, breeding Anglo-Arabian horses.
Individual tourists: Sundays at 13:00 and 14:00. Groups of min. 25 people: Mon-Fri 9:00-15:00 by prior reservation.
