The castle in Gołuchów is over 400 years old. In the 19th century it was rebuilt in the French Renaissance style at the initiative of Izabela Działyńska, née Czartoryska. It houses a branch of the National Museum in Poznań.
The castle is set in an extensive arboretum park modelled on English gardens, spread over more than 160 hectares. There is also a European bison show enclosure on the grounds.
The castle is open to visitors from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00.
