The ridge of Bukowe Berdo is one of the most beautiful and at the same time less crowded routes in the Bieszczady, with panoramas of Tarnica, Halicz and Krzemień. Bukowe Berdo (1313 m a.s.l.) is formed by three culminations: Szołtynia, Połonina Dźwiniacka and Bukowe Berdo.
From the settlement of Muczne the ascent to Bukowe Berdo takes just under 2.5 h (about 5.6 km, around 630 m of elevation gain). From the ridge one can continue to Krzemień and further towards Halicz.
The polonyna meadows are open seasonally - the announcements of the Bieszczady National Park apply.
