Castle Ruins in Złocieniec

The modest remains of the castle of the von Wedel family in Złocieniec (Drawsko county).

History

The castle was built in the 16th century by the Wedel family, later transformed into a palace residence. Destroyed during World War II and demolished in 1976 - only scant relics have survived.
