The Tsar's Road (also called the "Elk Highway") is an about 35-kilometre road connecting Osowiec-Twierdza with Strękowa Góra, along which hiking trails with observation towers and wooden boardwalks branch off deep into the Biebrza marshes.
In the Grzędy area (Red Bog) a red trail was marked out (relatively easy), considered one of the best ways to explore this part of the park. The Barwik educational path (about 2.5 km) starting at the Tsar's Road is also open.
The best period - spring (birdwatching).
