One of the most valuable knightly and monastic castles in Pomerania, in the village of Pęzino (about 10 km from Stargard), at the confluence of the Pęzinka and Krąpiel rivers, surrounded by a park.
The castle was built by the Order of St John (the Knights Hospitaller); over the centuries it was in the hands of knightly families. Due to its external architecture and functional solutions, it is one of the most valuable structures of this type in Pomerania.
