Sącz Ethnographic Park in Nowy Sącz

Location and surroundings

The largest open-air museum (skansen) in Lesser Poland, a branch of the Regional Museum (Museum of the Sącz Land).

History

The park presents the wooden architecture and traditional folk culture of the Sącz region.

What to see

On display is the culture of ethnographic groups: the Lachy, the Pogórzanie and the Sącz Highlanders, as well as ethnic groups: the Lemkos, the Germans and the Roma. Nearby there is the Galician Town.
