Open-Air Museum - PTTK Regional Museum in Dobczyce

A museum run by the PTTK, founded in 1963, located on the castle hill above Lake Dobczyckie. The open-air museum, developed since 1968, presents regional 19th-century wooden architecture, including buildings from areas flooded during the construction of the reservoir.

What you can see

  • The Na Zboju inn, a hen house, a reconstructed coach house, a smithy and a funeral house from Kornatka
  • A roadside shrine from 1604 and other small architectural structures
  • Dobczyce Castle in the vicinity
