Market Square in Prudnik

The Market Square in Prudnik is the central square of the town, which has served a commercial and social role for centuries. It forms the historic heart of this centre in the Opole region.

Town hall

In the centre of the square stands a town hall erected in 1782 in the Baroque-Classicist style. The town hall tower reaches 63 metres.

Other features

On the square there are a Marian Column from 1694 and the Habsburg Fountain from 1696, considered the oldest fountain in Opole Silesia.
