Old Market Square in Bydgoszcz

The Old Market Square in Bydgoszcz is the main, representative square in the city centre, measuring about 100 by 120 metres. It is the seat of the city authorities and a venue for numerous cultural events.

History

The square was created at the end of the 14th century, but it is dominated by buildings mainly from the 19th and early 20th centuries.
