An early Baroque castle of the Kmita and Lubomirski families in Nowy Wiśnicz (Lesser Poland Voivodeship), about 8 km south of Bochnia. It operates as a museum presenting the history of the region and the castle.
Among the highlights are a hall with a gilded ceiling, the castle chapel with crypts, an acoustic hall, castle dungeons with a torture chamber and the modern Bastion VR attraction.
Open daily 9:00-17:00 (last entry at 16:00). Guided tours at set times or with an audio guide (surcharge 2 PLN).
