Świeradów-Zdrój is a mountain spa in the Izera Mountains, whose hallmark is the historic Spa House with the longest Promenade Hall in Lower Silesia.
The spa town is located in the south-western part of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, at the foot of the Izera Mountains.
The Spa House was erected in 1899 to a design by the architect Grosser. The Promenade Hall, of larch construction, is 80 m long, 10 m wide and 10 m high, with floral polychromes and a stained-glass window. At the main entrance there is a medicinal water spring (water bar).
