Gołdap is the only health resort in Warmia and Masuria, holding the status of a peat-climatic health resort.

The spa district features the Masurian Brine Graduation Towers, a mineral water pump room and year-round mini graduation towers with a salt cave. The graduation towers are used, among others, in the treatment of upper respiratory tract conditions, allergies and hypertension. Nearby there is a spa promenade, walking and cycling paths and a mini-golf course.
