The Trail of the Eagles' Nests cycling route is a red route running through the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland, connecting Częstochowa with Kraków. The cycling variant is about 190 km. The trail begins in Częstochowa at the railway station and leads towards Olsztyn.
The route leads through the heart of the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland, passing numerous castles and strongholds from the times of Casimir the Great.
A route demanding both technically and physically; a mountain, cross, trekking or gravel bike is recommended. Part of the Jura consists of sandy and stony field and forest roads.
Available year-round and free of charge; recommended season spring to autumn.
