Supraśl is a small spa in the Podlaskie Voivodeship, in the heart of the Knyszyn Forest near Białystok (spa status since 2001).
The town lies on the Supraśl River, surrounded by the forests of the Knyszyn Forest; it is known for its Orthodox monastery.
The spa's greatest asset is peat mud (including from the deposit near Podsokołda), considered one of the best in Poland, along with a therapeutic microclimate. Peat mud treatments are used for rheumatic and respiratory diseases, among others.
