EuroVelo 9, known as the Amber Route, is an international cycling route. The Lower Silesian section runs, among others, from Wrocław towards Świdnica and further through picturesque, sparsely populated areas towards the border with the Opole Province (the Paczków area).
The route passes through the Silesian Lowland and the Sudeten Foreland, connecting Wrocław with smaller towns of the region.
For cycle tourists travelling along the international EuroVelo 9 route.
Available all year round free of charge; the recommended season is spring to autumn.
Convenient start from Wrocław (a railway hub).
