Wieś Węgierska Górka
Hala Boracza is a former shepherds' pasture on a saddle at 860 m above sea level, in the Lipowski Wierch and Romanka group. Its name most likely comes from the surname of a former owner. Today there is a small settlement belonging to Żabnica and a PTTK mountain hut from 1926, built by the „Makkabi” sports club from Bielsko.
The open meadow serves as a viewpoint over the Romanka massif, Lipowski Wierch, Sucha Góra and the valleys of the Żabniczanka and the Soła. Six trails meet here, so the pasture is easy to work into any route across the Żywiec region. The green trail from Hala Lipowska takes about an hour and a half, the black one from Żabnica Skałka — a little over an hour.
Nearby lies the Boracza Cave, one of the well known landslide caves of the region. The approaches are long but technically easy and well marked, so the walk also works with children. An asphalt road reaches the pasture itself from the Żabnica side.
