Oder-Neisse Cycle Route

The Oder-Neisse Cycle Route (Oder-Neisse-Radweg) is an international cycling route about 630-650 km long, connecting the Czech part of the Jizera Mountains (the source of the Lusatian Neisse) with the Baltic island of Usedom near Świnoujście. Most of the route runs along the Lusatian Neisse and the Oder, often along the Polish-German border.

The route runs along the border rivers; on the Polish side and via connectors, sections are available, among others, in the Lubusz Province.

The Oder and Lusatian Neisse valleys, border towns; the route is divided into 12 stages.

Who it is for

For cycle tourists, including families - about 80% of the route is paved, most of it away from car traffic.

Infrastructure

The route is mostly asphalt, well signposted, one of the most popular in Germany, connected by links with Polish trails.
