Wieś Międzygórze
Igliczna rises to 845 m above sea level in the Eastern Sudetes, within the Śnieżnik Massif and the Śnieżnik Landscape Park above Międzygórze. It is a small yet distinctly shaped mountain built of gneiss, with steep slopes and a summit covered by dense spruce forest.
Just below the top stands the late Baroque sanctuary of Our Lady the Cause of Our Joy, known as Maria Śnieżna, built in the 18th century and one of the most visited pilgrimage sites of the Kłodzko region. Nearby, at about 820 m, the private mountain hut „Na Iglicznej” operates at a trail junction.
The easiest ascent follows the red Main Sudetes Trail from Międzygórze: roughly 2.3 km and a little over an hour of walking. From the summit area a panorama opens over part of the Kłodzko Valley and the neighbouring ranges, and the walk can be extended towards Śnieżnik.
