Wieś Bystra
Lanckorona (751 m a.s.l.) is a modest elevation in the Silesian Beskids, rising above Bystra in the Wilkowice municipality on a side ridge descending from Klimczok. The top is occupied by a small, partly overgrowing clearing surrounded by spruce and beech forest, with views towards the Żywiec Basin and the Little Beskids.
On the summit stands a chapel of Our Lady of Perpetual Help with an open-air altar where outdoor services are sometimes celebrated. The place lies on the yellow-marked Papal Trail commemorating the mountain hikes of Karol Wojtyła in the Beskids.
The simplest way up is the red trail from Bystra, which continues towards Klimczok and Szyndzielnia. The ascent is gentle and free of technical difficulties, suitable also for children. The starting point in the valley has paved road access and is often used as a base for trips into the neighbouring ridges.
