Kończysty Wierch (2002 m) is a summit in the Western Tatras, set on the main ridge between Starorobociański Wierch and Jarząbczy Wierch. The Polish–Slovak border runs across the top. It is built of crystalline rock, and its steep slopes drop into the Starorobociańska and Jarząbcza valleys and the Slovak Zadnia Raczkowa Valley.
The panorama takes in almost the whole of the Western Tatras on both sides of the border. To the south-west stand Jarząbczy Wierch and Jakubina, with the broad Zadnia Raczkowa Valley below. To the south-east towers the massif of Starorobociański Wierch, while to the north stretch Ornak and Trzydniowiański Wierch.
Hiking trails meet on the summit. The most popular ascent follows the red ridge trail from Wołowiec and takes over two hours, while a short green section links the top with the area of Trzydniowiański Wierch. A trip from the valley is a full-day outing demanding good fitness — the ridge is exposed and dangerous during storms.
