Velo Baltica

Velo Baltica is the West Pomeranian section of the international cycle routes EuroVelo 10 (Baltic Sea Cycle Route) and EuroVelo 13 (Iron Curtain Trail). It runs along the Baltic coast, connecting seaside resorts and areas of natural value.

Characteristics

  • The section through West Pomerania is about 240 km long.
  • It passes through, among others, the Wolin National Park and the spit between the Baltic and Lake Kopań.
  • The route is suitable both for a multi-day expedition and for one-day trips along the coast.

  • Part of the Polish EuroVelo 10 (Świnoujście–Elbląg, about 540 km).
  • Official project of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (Rowery WZP).

Seasonality and hours

The trail is open year-round; the highest traffic is during the seaside season.

Getting there

Access by rail and car to Świnoujście, Kołobrzeg, Darłowo, Ustka.
