A water trail in the Przemęt Landscape Park

The Konwaliowy Kayak Trail is a water route of about 37 kilometres running through the Przemęt Landscape Park in south-western Wielkopolska. It links nineteen lakes joined by canals and narrows, and its nominal starting point is Lake Wieleńskie in Wieleń Zaobrzański. The name comes from Wyspa Konwaliowa, the Lily of the Valley Island, which lies along the route.

Paddling the route

Covering the full trail usually takes three to four days, with accommodation and supplies available in the lakeside villages. The route is easy to shorten — many sections between neighbouring lakes take just a few hours, which works well for a day trip from a base in Boszkowo.

Landscape and nature

The trail leads through forests, meadows and nature reserves, passing bays, islands and the narrow canals that connect the lakes. The water is calm, with no technically demanding stretches, so the route also suits less experienced paddlers and families with children. Equipment is provided by local kayak operators.
