Bali Hai Spa operates within the Dolina Charlotty complex in Strzelinko near Słupsk, in the valley of the river Słupia. The interiors refer to the Indonesian island of Bali, and the facility comprises fourteen treatment rooms, a relaxation room and a pool and sauna area.
The therapeutic programme is based on Balinese massage rituals performed by therapists from Bali. The offer covers facial and body care, advanced cosmetology, treatments for men, hand and foot care and a separate KIDS SPA line for children. The cosmetics used come from brands such as Selvert Thermal, De Saint Malo, Intraceuticals and Monteil.
The Baltic Sea and the beaches around Ustka lie a dozen or so kilometres away, while inland begins Kashubia with its moraine landscape and post-glacial lakes. The complex itself combines hotel, dining and entertainment facilities, so the spa often supplements a longer stay.
