Park Miniatur Zabytków Podlasia lies in Hajnówka, by the road leading out towards Bielsk Podlaski, at the edge of the Białowieża Forest. On a plot of about 0.7 hectares it gathers models of the region's distinctive architecture, all built to a uniform 1:25 scale and set along paths among greenery and a small pond.
The collection includes wooden Orthodox churches, among them the one from Puchły, the town hall of Bielsk Podlaski, the water mill from Ciechanowiec and the richly ornamented houses of the Land of Open Shutters. A separate group consists of reconstructions of buildings that no longer exist. Each model has a plaque with a short history and a map showing where to find the original.
The visit is short and fits well into a Podlasie itinerary as a stop before driving on towards Białowieża. A car park, shelters with benches and sanitary facilities are provided in front of the park. The display is outdoors, so it is best visited in dry weather.
