Krynicki Park Linowy „Mamut" is an extensive facility for lovers of heights and sporting challenges, operating in Krynica-Zdrój, in the area of Góra Parkowa, at the foot of the Jaworzyna Krynicka range. The routes run among the trees, so the fun takes place in the shade of the forest rather than on an open ground.

It is an option that complements the classic spa programme of Krynica — a stroll along the promenade, the pump room and a ride on the cable railway — with a few hours of movement and adrenaline.

Routes and obstacles

The facility consists of nine rope routes and a total of 115 obstacles, from a level prepared for children from the age of three to variants for those seeking truly extreme sensations. Two separate zip line routes come on top of that.

To the boldest the park offers the Big Swing, a pendulum jump from a height of seventeen metres. A separate attraction is the climbing wall with three routes of varying difficulty.

Who it is for

Thanks to the range of difficulty levels the park works well for a visit with the whole family: older ones choose the harder routes, while a playground and a trampoline have been prepared for the little ones. A family picnic can also be arranged on site — there is a designated barbecue spot.

Good to know

Using the routes requires comfortable sports clothing and closed shoes, and long hair is best tied back. The activity takes place in a harness, under the supervision of the staff. Because of the nature of the attraction the site is not adapted for prams, and the weather — a thunderstorm in particular — may affect the availability of the routes.
