Wieś Ojców
Dolina Sąspowska lies within Ojców National Park, between Sąspów and Ojców in the Lesser Poland region. It is the largest side branch of the Prądnik Valley and one of the quietest corners of this part of the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland. The Sąspówka stream flows along its floor.
A yellow trail starting at the castle in Pieskowa Skała leads through the valley. The section along the valley is about five kilometres long and follows a flat, comfortable floor, so children manage it easily. Over a hundred and sixty caves and rock shelters have been counted in the limestone slopes, though most are closed to visitors.
Tourist traffic concentrates in the neighbouring Prądnik Valley, so it stays peaceful here even in season. The yellow trail culminates at the Jonaszówka rock with a wide view over the surroundings. From there you can walk on towards the Prądnik Valley or the Kraków Valleys Landscape Park.
