Bielsko-Biała
Schronisko Dębowiec sits in the Silesian Beskids, in the Klimczok group, on the Dębowiec hill above Bielsko-Biała. The former mountain hostel now works as a restaurant where walkers stop for a meal. Being so close to the city, it is one of the most popular weekend walking destinations in the region.
The terrace looks out over Bielsko-Biała, the Little Beskids and the surrounding country. Next to the building there is a year-round toboggan run, a chairlift and a play area for children, so the place works for a family outing whatever the season.
The blue and red walking trails and a green cycle route cross nearby. From here you can head towards Szczyrk, descend to Bielsko-Biała, or plan a walk linking the many PTTK hostels in the area. Car parks and public transport make getting there easy.
