Bulwar im. J. Piłsudskiego 1, Sandomierz
The excursion boats moor at the Józef Piłsudski Boulevard, at the foot of Sandomierz's old town. A short trip on the water lets you see the city from a perspective unavailable on land: the high escarpment, the church towers and the castle stacked one above the other.
From the Vistula a panorama of the Old Town opens up, and on the opposite side rise the overgrown slopes of the Góry Pieprzowe, regarded as one of the oldest hill ranges in Poland. The route runs along backwaters where wild birds gather, easy to observe from the low deck.
The cruise is short and requires no fitness, so it fits well into a break between sightseeing, also with children. The operator serves individual tourists and organised groups, offering leisure, educational, angling and sunset cruises. Departures take place during the navigation season and depend on the water level.
