Beach in Międzyzdroje

A wide beach at the gates of Wolin National Park

The beach in Międzyzdroje stretches for about six kilometres and is between 30 and 60 metres wide. It lies only a few hundred steps from the centre of the resort, on the edge of Wolin National Park. More than a dozen entrances lead onto it through the dunes and the coastal forest, so a quieter stretch of shore is easy to find.

Rest and safety

In season the marked bathing area is supervised by lifeguards. Deckchairs, windbreaks and water equipment are easy to rent, and food outlets with toilets operate along the shore. A promenade runs directly above the beach, linking the individual entrances.

Nearby

The pier begins right by the beach, offering views of the Baltic and the cliffs of Wolin, while the seaside promenade is lined by the Avenue of Stars with handprints of actors. The trails of the national park and the bison show enclosure are close at hand.
