Studnica, Wieś Rzesznikowo
Jezioro Studnica lies on the Gryfice Plain, in the Rymań commune of the Kołobrzeg district, a dozen or so kilometres from the coast. It is surrounded by a compact forest complex — pine and mixed woods classed as protective forest. North of the lake grows an oak estimated to be several hundred years old, and old beech stands survive nearby.
A campsite has been set up on the shore, with a sandy beach and an unsupervised bathing area beside it. The water is clean and the bottom slopes gently, so families come here willingly. Anglers catch pike, bream, tench, eel and carp.
Studnica is a good place to watch water birds. Cormorants and dunlins stop here on migration, and the boggy margins suit amphibians. The quiet and the lack of dense development make the lake worth visiting outside the season too, when access to the shore is easier.
