A small lake in the heart of town

The reservoir in Jędrzejów is a compact recreational water body on Parkowa Street in the Świętokrzyskie region. It is looked after by the municipal sports and recreation centre and admission remains free, which makes it the town's main bathing spot and a place for everyday walks.

What to do here

A beach with a swimming area supervised during the season has been laid out by the water, and a rental offering kayaks and pedal boats operates alongside. There is a playground for children and a volleyball court for older visitors. Nearby you will also find a go-kart rental with its own track and several food outlets.

The surroundings

The reservoir is small enough to walk around in a quarter of an hour, which makes it a convenient stop on a journey across the Ponidzie region. Jędrzejów itself is known for its Cistercian abbey — the oldest in Poland — and for the Przypkowski Museum with its renowned collection of sundials.
